Technician/ Sales Associate

Summary

iFix Galaxy is looking for a motivated individual with computer and/or cell phone repair experience. We specialize in the repair of cell phones, tablets, and computers. We also sell accessories and offer training on operating systems. This position is for full-time employment. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed if you are called in for an interview.

Job Duties

-Meet sales quotas
-Maintain and operate the facility as expected
-Greet customers in a professional and polite manner
-Following through with opening/closing procedures
-Follow through with tasks provided by superiors
-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
-Able to explain complex technical terms to customers in a simple way
-Manage inventory
-Maintain accurate records of all customer W/O in our POS

Basic Qualifications

-Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
-One year experience in computer and/or software and hardware repair and troubleshooting.
-Customer service experience
-Knowledge with Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
-Cell phone, tablet, and computer repair (minimum one year)
-Experience with Microsoft office, Google Suite
-Strong written and oral skills
-Open availability and able to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

-A+ certification
-Apple Certified Tech
-Retail experience
-Ability to read electronic schematics
-Ability to micro-solder
